Called on the way and the woman was very nice and pulled my info up so I could be prechecked in. I got there and I was quick to be seen. I had a couple of swabs and sure enough it was the Flu. Got some advice and meds and the man talked to me for a while, I wasn’t rushed at all.

We were camping at Santee and experienced an accident, causing a visit to your facility. Receptionist was very friendly. NP Lee was so nice and very helpful. We appreciate all of your help!

Do not go here! This is not an urgent care: They charge you as an emergency room, not urgent cares. Evey time we go here, we get more sick from nothing being wiped down after each visitor in said room. 3 people= 3 hour wait.

Go to low country urgent care in Manning instead. The fact that the owner does a "copy and paste" to all the reviews says enough. Someone needs to report this place for false advertisement since it's not an actual urgent care, but emergency room.

Closing at businesses hours is not a benefit to the community, only county’s accountability. I guess the rural folks can’t say they don’t have urgent care. Just the name is not enough. I wish I could scale a half star!!!

Tried to be seen here, but they randomly closed on that day. They're website and hour sign on the door said they were open. I called from the parking lot and front desk said they just weren't opening. Really...?

Not the most professional place to visit. Front desk staff spoke on personal life issues while patients were in wait area. Granted this was at least 40 minutes after they opened. The lack of professionalism.However, not stated as a pediatric urgent care, they could be a little more effort or concern with younger patients. Especially being that the RMC does not have a specialized pediatric urgent care. I would not recommend for pediatric patients.They received a phone call about someone wanting to bring in an 8 month old. While patient on hold, nurse stated some unnecessary comment about how they could not see the child . Nurse told front desk person to tell caller that they would need to go to the er instead to receive fluids.Whatever the protocol maybe, it is highly unprofessional in the place and in front of patients. If this is representation of the hospital and their values, then please beware!!

Came from NJ visiting friends and wife got sick. Stopped in here for diagnosis and a script. Was charged over $1,000.00 for an office visit and basic in office test. They sent the account to a collection company after our insurance company refused to pay it. This place is an absolute disgrace!

Rude people at the front desk. The non doctor receptionist tried to verify when I asked her for a mask. I wanted a mask because i didnt want to get anyone sick. She rudely stated she only had one. And then asked me if I had my covid shot. I said no and she finally handed me a mask. Rude as can be with attitude. Havent even seen a doctor yet. Will update when I have seen one.

Dr Mike whatever his last name was, was extremely rude. He accused me of bringing covid-19 from California as if that were am appropriate remark. I was told I could leave by the extremely pleasant assistant. Once I got home he called and rudely asked why I left. He asked for my pharmacy information and when I told him it was on my paperwork he still proceeding to ask the information as if he was ignoring me. The women were great but Dr Mike seemed a little bitter and impatient. Isn't that his job, to help people?

NEVER go here!! They don't know how to bill an insurance company properly. You won't receive a letter and then years later they will send you a collection notice. Dealt with this for the third time now with them. Incompetence.
