Very easy to return. The gentleman was super sweet and took less than 5 minutes. Only hiccup is when I picked up the trailer the handle was missing. BUT, I had a video of pick up and it was missing. Easy day.

We stopped here after our rental uhaul had a bad tire and Melvin was so kind and helpful!!! What was a headache was made better by his customer service. It is people like Melvin that make you slow down and find positives in the negatives!! Thank you, Melvin!!
