I was unsure which tire I wanted to get and they made my decision a lot easier for my needs. Not only did they accommodate with me coming late all the way from Irmo. When I showed up Ted helped me out. I can definitely say Ted is one of the most honest and hardworking man I’ve ever met. His amazing character shined through! I didn’t expect good service because I know it gets exhausting slinging tires all day. I was absolutely shocked when Ted had a smile on his gave and was happy to help me. “I honestly wish I could give more stars. I was in South Carolina (from Virginia) for almost two months helping my daughter and her family after not one, but two horrible occurrences in their lives. My rear tire began making a horrible noise. I prayed it was just brakes, because we were stretched thin already. And I was due to return home in 3 days.
Robert's took my car right in. His wonderful wife even gave me a ride to my granddaughter's home! They called to tell me what was wrong (caliper, rotor, and brakes). I approved the work and my daughter and granddaughter and I set about trying to arrange transportation for the children to 3 different schools, the two women to 2 jobs, and my son in law to doctors and such for the couple of days we thought it would take. Which was 3 days earlier than we thought we would have to.
I received a call that same day that my car was ready!!!! Such a blessing!! Drove home to Virginia 2 days later. Have been driving in the snow and ice since. Haven't had any problems at all! Robert's, yall are the absolute best and definitely angels!”
