I’ve been in and out of the 7-Eleven in Seneca over the past year, and after today’s visit, I’ve officially decided it’s my go-to convenience store from now on. They always have great prices, cold drinks (even when my usual café runs out of my favorite soda), and the best part? Mike, the cashier, is always so kind and welcoming. A small stop that always leaves a good impression!!

The manager is great, providing some of the best service I have ever received at a gas station. He helped me find everything I needed as well as quick service.

The old lady that works the counter here is the rudest woman I have ever met. I have gone to this 7 Eleven for several years, and I have a hard time still going. She is constantly yelling at you, slamming your stuff on the counter, and giving you the nastiest looks. Caught her screaming to herself over some issue with a cigarette carton. Then proceeds to speak to me very rudely. This has been going on since she started working there, and quite frankly I’m just tired of going in there.

They had a good selection of food, but there were these two girls (I think one of them is the daughter of someone who works there). They were being very loud and disrespectful of other people around them. Please get your kids under control.

Terrible place. I have visited this place as my daughter lives nearby. This the store by Cambridge apartments. I try to be fair. But it is usually filthy both inside and out. I have been here when the coolers were not keeping drinks cold. Cashier was giving free ice to compensate. That's nice but what about the food in those coolers. Gas and drinks are about the only thing I still trusted at this located given prior visits. My latest visit (Sunday 10/22 morning 9:20 am for management ). I was buying juice and the cashier did not sale at the marked price - not a little different - 2x. I agreed to buy the price she stated but told her to check the price later and tell management. She became hostile, very hostile. I reminded her I was paying the price but just giving a suggestion. She then refused to sell me anything and offered me more life advice. 7 Eleven is this what you have become. This lady needs some training. Plus you need to send some corporate staff by this place one in while. One star is kind.

Wish I could give zero stars. My friend just went in to purchase cigarettes, lottery ticket and an energy and was told his American money was no good. No explanation nothing. My friend is from Honduras. I think they are racist as this location.
