Allen knew exactly what type of loan would fit our budget. And we closed in less than 45 days! He was always a phone call away with any questions we had, and sent informative updates regularly to let us know where we were in the process. If you are looking for a mortgage South State Bank and Allen White are the way to go. Their online mortgage application kept me informed all through the quick and easy process. I have worked with many mutual clients to help them get their mortgages and I was familiar with the items that would be needed for my own mortgage but I really had no clue to the amount of items it would take. Allen and his staff were extremely helpful and they made sure that we were able make the tight deadline of getting me into my new home before tax season hit me. Thanks Allen for all that you did to make my dream home come true.
