“We were in a tight spot with both of our cars being down at the same time. One car was already at an our normal car repair shop and it was going to be about two weeks before they would be able to look at it. As I was being picked up from another car repair shop for our other car, my uber driver told me about James. I called him and asked if he could see one of our cars since it was going to be two weeks. He asked what kind of car we had and what was going on and had it diagnosed spot on over the phone. I picked it up at the other repair shop and took it to him. Within 15 minutes of meeting him, he had confirmed his diagnosis and had parts on the way. After the parts arrived, he changed out the burnt out part and had our Nissan Rogue up and running in 5 minutes. I called him a couple days later after our other car had yet to be looked at and brought it over to him. He took care of our Volkswagen Tiguan within a few days and had it up and running well with true VW parts. James really knows his cars and all of their problems. He is honest, efficient and quick with his repairs. We will only go to James for any other vehicle issues we have. He really knows how to treat his customers the right way and do right by them and by their cars.”

“Just a shout out to small town guys who still run their business with the eye on being a neighbor, instead of making a quick profit.I had a rear window stop going up all the way last week and could not fix it alone. I stopped by Autobody Express in Seneca to ask what could be done.He literally came out in the hot sun and helped me fix it right there in the parking lot without charging me a dime.Great to see that honest people still exist in the world; call these guys, it you need to get your ride fixed.”
“Blew a trailer on the way to our camp ground. Called Pro Custom and set an appointment for 1:00pm. Arrived a few minutes early and was leaving with a newly mounted and balanced tire by 1:08! Great service!”

“Huge Shout-Out for Randy's Automotive. My baby girl attends school at Clemson and her VW Jetta was not starting. Fortunately, it just turned out to be a battery and Randy's got her back on the road in short order. The folks at O'Reilly said that VW batteries have to be synced with the car computer and another repair shop referred us to Randy's because they didn't work on foreign cars. The towing company (Kevin at Jim's Towing) was awesome as well! It is great to work with truly nice people. Thank you, Randy's Automotive!”
“He did an Awesome job, considering . I did have comprimised headlight seals, so the moisture was on the inside of the lense and out of his control (previous accident reported to carfax). On the outside of the lense on the left shined up to look Brand new”
“Handled $10,000 in repairs on my 19 Ram 1500. My front end looks brand new! They even took care of a paint spot that they didn’t have to. Although it took a bit longer than expected, I imagined that would be the case due to the degree of parts that they had to order and previous wait times for parts. The quality of the repairs outweigh any wait time. They know exactly what they’re doing and they run a tight ship. They are a registered collision center with Allstate. They handled all of the repairs from my four car accident. Nothing but an outstanding recommendation to Twin Lakes Autobody and their staff.”
