The staff member today even suggested another small business that I was unaware of that can help me with my collection as well.”

“The laptop required for my son's engineering major was out of stock everywhere. We called Clemson Computer Store to find out what we should do. They were very busy but took the time to check their inventory, and lo and behold, they had ONE in stock! They promptly shipped it and we received it in two days. After powering it up, however, we discovered it had a faulty TouchPad. We called The Computer Store, and they had a Dell service rep come to our house in the boondocks the next day to replace the TouchPad! Outstanding customer service! I will also add that although my son's high-end laptop cost $2,800, it was several hundred dollars cheaper than if we had ordered the one from Dell, which had less memory and graphics capability. It was a much better deal from CCS, so I'm glad it was out of stock at Dell.”
