Perla V. at the Seneca store was awesome when it come to customer service!! She helped me help my family member make a bridge payment and cancel one phone service. She is very polite and personable. Cricket of Seneca is blessed to have her!!

Everyone is super friendly, they have a great selection in store and they're very organized. Rosio is a very sweet and knowledgeable person, I used to live in Easley, and they were very unorganized and understaffed. I recommend that customers that are local go to this store. My husband and I both had to get new phones, and Rosio was very helpful and informative as we were trying to decide on which one to get.

Tried to get a phone activated, a burner basically. It was on a service they could convert to theirs. I gave it to a customer in line behind me. I forgot to remove the 256 gig micro SD card. It contained some, how do we say b-hole shots of my prolapsed rectus.

I have been trying at different times the past three days to call and no one will answer the phone. Last time I was in the store, the associate told me I shouldn't buy something and I should probably go over to verizon. What kind of customer service is this?
