Tried to get a phone activated, a burner basically. It was on a service they could convert to theirs. I gave it to a customer in line behind me. I forgot to remove the 256 gig micro SD card. It contained some, how do we say b-hole shots of my prolapsed rectus.

I have been trying at different times the past three days to call and no one will answer the phone. Last time I was in the store, the associate told me I shouldn't buy something and I should probably go over to verizon. What kind of customer service is this?

Absolutely rude ! Went to get me a new phone because mine busted the night b4 we went on vacation. I just wanted a cheap out the door phone to get me by until we returned. Instead of directing me in the right direction I was told that I would get what I paid for , that the cheapest phone they had would be 260 plus the upgrade fee plus taxes . Mind you I just went with my brother and purchased a decent phone for under 200 bucks out the door including a case and screen protector. Instead I went over to Wal mart and purched the exact same phone for 175 including a case and screen protector. The quality of the phone is excellent. I had service where my other family members didn't and the Camara is good quality for the price. Please cricket work on your customer service trainers ( she sincerely sucked ) to the new guy ( DO NOT TAKE AFTER HER ) she Cost you a commission check by her words !

came in today and was rudely greeted by a nappy headed boy. i asked him how is was today and he literally spit out "what do you need" before i could finish my sentence. he had absolutely no help for my issue, but after googling it for several hours i reset my network settings and had it working on my own. really wish the short haired girl was there to assist. if the manager or short girl isn't their, don't bother.

Cricket has the most HORRIBLE customer service!. You cannot reach the store in Seneca SC. I have tried to call the past three days and no one answered. So I called the main customer service line which was not any better, to let them know the issues with the phones I just purchased 8 days ago. I have talked to three different people plus went to the store all today! They have a STRICT 7 day return police, no if ands or buts!! The answer is absolutely not. They do not care if the phone you just purchased is slow, can't hear or be heard, if you can't upload pictures or any thing else! I could have brought it back if they had answered their phone sooner! If they would answer the phone then you could explain the situation. Thanks to them not answering I thought they there closed yesterday. Plus I was told today cricket just got bought out by someone else. So my suggestion is not to go to cricket if you want to be happy with your phone and service. Clearly they do not care if you the customer is happy and they DO NOT care to help you. Oh they love selling their phones and taking your money but couldn't care less if you are happy with it or not. As soon as I get this resolved I am switching carriers!! PS what happened to company's caring about their customers???

Two days trying to understand why people cannot hear me on my phone was told because 3g towers shut down?my phone is galaxy note 10 3 years old took to get it checked just need a new sin card? They were trying to sell me a new phone. Wouldn't check tower out repair person says it's crickets problems greassey haired saleboy that helped me didn't know what he's was doing. Ask to speak to management They were on phone and wouldn't be able to help for 1 hour change my service today

Wasn’t the best experience for the first hour until Emily came in and greeted us immediately and asked if we have been helped. Even though their WiFi was down she went out of her way to contact the west union store and make it happen because our phones were off at midnight.If you want someone who actually cares and doesn’t BS you to get a sale ask for Emily!!!
