My back up camera image was not displaying on the new infotainment device installed by Cruisin Sound. Took it in, they readily diagnosed the problem and fixed it 1.2.3. The problem was the manufaturer's fault, but they took responsibility at no charge to me. What more can you ask. Great great business.
