One star because they are open. Incorrectly billed a prescription 3 times in a row 2 weeks apart despite me providing coverage cards each time and then assuring me it was all updated and taken care of. I had to wait for it to be rerun(in the computer) each time. Not refilled. Took over half hour each time and this is after waiting in line to get the info corrected again. These were not new prescriptions and were refilled that I was notified they were ready for pick up. Horrible customer service and they really didn't seem to care moved all my prescriptions to a different pharmacy

This CVS location on Ingle's Place in Seneca is a well managed CVS that has everything that you need from a CVS and more. I like the convenience of the location and being able to get in and out with exactly what you need. Good experience shopping here.

The store is always clean & well stocked. The staff are friendly & efficient. I switched to this pharmacy because they offer healthier alternatives, faster service, a drive thru, and they help find the cheapest price for your meds. You can also use the CVS app for even faster service & never even have to go inside the store! How great is that & convenient!

The techs there seem incompetent. Continue to get prescriptions mixed up. They called to say my bp meds were ready. I drove 20 minutes there and they said sorry we don't have it in stock. It will be two days. I picked other meds. I drove off and then looked at my bag and my bp was in there. I drove back and went inside. The meds I picked up was a new strength. The tech was going to fill the old one also. She had not replaced the prescription in the computer. Another day I dropped off a prescription inside and the girl said it would be ready in two hours. I told her I couldn't get back until the next morning. I ask her to make sure my meds were in stock. She checked and said yes. I drove 20 minutes again the next day and was told sorry we had to order your meds. I said I ask the girl to check the shelf and she said she did and it was there. No phone call to tell me any different. Their response was that "everybody makes mistakes"". I made three 20 minute trips each way before getting one prescription!!!

Best pharmacy in Seneca. That one tech that's a guy, the one that is handsome, is probably the best person I have ever dealt with. He's been there for many years and knows everyone and knows how to get stuff done. The rest of the people there are pretty good too. They are always fast and efficient.

WORST pharmacy ever! Pharmacist and technicians are not consistent. They have been rude and down out ugly. I had a prescription I left to be filled. They were out of the medicine and said they would need to order it. I said fine, order it. On the day the medicine was supposed to arrive, I went that evening to pick it up. My prescription had not been filled and they said I would have to wait. They claimed that they didn't realize I wanted it filled. Why would I have had them order it and left my prescription with them if I didn't want them to fill it? And they are the ones that are so smart because they went to pharmacy school not to mention my concern over them filling my prescription now because of their incompetence. Anyhow, because they were busy, I was told I would have to come back and it would be about 2 hours before they could get to it. I said "FINE!" I would wait until the next day before I would pick it up because I didn't have 2 hours to waste waiting on a prescription that was already supposed to have been filled. Additionally, I live 25 mins away so it wasn't worth going home and coming back. I wasn't 5 mins down the road and I got a text that my prescription was ready. Really? What happened to 2 hours? What happened to all the other prescriptions that couldn't wait because they had gotten there before me and they couldn't fill mine before theirs? They never apologized. They never offered to bump my prescription ahead of the others because they had made a mistake. I hate that I'm limited by my insurance as to where I can get my prescriptions filled. I loved Walgreen's. They are the best. Never gave me any problems over the years I got to use them.
