The worst pharmacy I have ever experienced in my long life. Rude, arrogant,dismissive of your health needs, these clowns take on the roll of being God, your doctor, and mostly your enemy.They, not your doctor, decide which of your prescriptions they are going to allow you to have, and when you can get them. The pharmacist will look you in the eye and lie like a cheap rug.CVS corporate should fire the whole mess they call a pharmacy and start from scratch. The rudeness experienced by every employee back there must start with whoever is in charge of the whole sordid operation, because every employee back there, young or old, male or female, go out of their way to make picking up your prescriptions a terrible experience. Needless to say, after one month of their abuse, I have moved my prescriptions to another pharmacy in Clemson, where I am greeted with smiling faces by competent employees. Run from this sorry pharmacy at Ingles Place in Seneca.

I call to get my refills and the pharmacist tells me rudely, they are on hold. Then I must ask-Why are they on hold? Response: because they weren’t eligible for refill when your doctor sent them in. Me: the last refill was on “date”? Can you please check as they should be available for refill? Response after much blah blah: Yes it can be refilled but I only have one in stock I will have to order the other rx. Silence... Me: Yes, that would be great, please order for me. Response: Well it won’t be here until Monday. Me:Great. Thanks so much and have a wonderful day! It is now Tuesday, I call CVS on the way home…leave a message. Someone calls back. Me: Checking to see if my rx has been filled it was suppose to be in on Monday. Response: It is on back order from the manufacturer. Do not know when we will have it. If you want to you can go to our Pickens location but you will have to call your doctor to have your rx moved there.
Is this a joke? I work all day, try to use a local pharmacy and now THEY want me to go to Pickens AFTER I call my doctor whose office is now closed. I wonder if they would have filled it when it was due to be refilled, would it have been on back order then? Was I magically supposed to know that it was not available to be ordered for Monday? It just seems to get worse each and every time I deal with CVS. I truly feel sorry for seniors who get told half-truths and are charged incorrectly for medications. Of course, this can be reported to the SC Pharmacy Board and to Consumer Affairs and so on and so forth but they operate just like CVS. What a sad world we live in. Customer service is no more. Instead of calling my doctor and moving my 1 rx to the Pickens CVS, I am going to call my doctors (plural) and have all my rx’s moved to another pharmacy entirely. I really think this is what they want because they surely don’t want to extend any humanity whatsoever. It is all going to come down to street justice but 2 wrongs never make it right. “you can fun on for a long time, but sooner or later…”

Out of the 3 CVS stores in the county the second worst. Most employees are waiting for the opportunity to be rude or void of emotion. The lack of customer service skills is worse if you go inside for a RX and they are probably the slowest pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with.

Forcing customers to either leave personal information on a voice-mail or force them to use a phone application that hasn't worked, personally for me for several years, instead of answering their calls is a good way to lose business.
So this location is trading customer service for productivity. Front service person said its more efficient this way than taking annoying calls from people that takes their focus away for 5 minutes. This allows them to complete 6 more prescriptions than having to deal with customers. So, I guess they'll be losing a lot of customers over the next several months. Maybe you too?

I would highly recommend Maegan as a cashier. She provided exceptional service and went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and taken care of. Her attention to detail and friendly demeanor made my experience enjoyable. Maegan is truly a wonderful employee who deserves recognition for her outstanding customer service skills.

It's not the people that work here fault but.Normally I really like cvs. but this is crazy that they close for half hour for lunch.I guess I will have to go to mail order once again it's a lot easier and not with CVS.

The followed me around store like I was a their, the tall younger light skin dude and older beard whitefellow, they followed me ever isle and never quit following me they made me so uncomfortable I truly thought my life was in danger at one point like really thought they was about to fight me for real that is how aggressive they were towards me , I reckon this place judges people I guess since I am covered in tattoos I am automatically a their well yall are wrong Iwill be calling cooprate in the morning

This review is for my girl Tamara! She went above and beyond with her service. I needed things printed and even though the store couldn’t print it she actually called the Ingles near by for me to check if they did printing! Very sweet and helpful, get that girl a raise!!

Pickup prescription needed for getting MRI due to being claustrophobic
