The store is very clean. It also seemed well organized with a larger selection than I expected. The staff was pleasant and helpful. I would definitely recommend and I will return.

HORRIBLE Customer Service from the pharmacy staff. The pharmacist, Lynn Capobianco was very rude from the moment I called to fill my prescription. After waiting days to get it filled, she then proceeded to tell me that she was not filling my medication that my doctor sent in a prescription for, and for me to send it elsewhere. She is playing with people's medicine and that’s just not right. This isn’t the first instance that this particular pharmacy has done this to someone. I have had family members and friends that have had the same issue. At this pharmacy they even would fill my nephews prescription for an inhaler. CVS DO BETTER. Y’all need new staff in the pharmacy department that actually likes doing their job. Actions need to be taken for this type of behavior. I’m going to let everyone know not to use this pharmacy.

This is the first time I been in this CVS which is in Bounty Land/ one of the employees that was working there his name is Micah and he was very helpful and outstandingly polite. He helped me with finding the items I was searching for . This CVS has did a good job hiring him because he is a excellent employee in my eyes. Keep up the good work Micah, you are appreciated

This pharmacy in bounty land in Seneca is the worst group of people ever! rude inconsiderate and arrogant. After making me wait twenty minutes. Then coming and tell with the script in hand it was 2 days early and I could not have it! The messages on the phone were it would be ready at 12:00 and then sent me a text saying it was being worked. When I arrived nothing was said about it could not be filled just I had to wait 20 minutes because they were swamped. The attitude was what upset me. Worked in retail before and your customer service is important. Obviously these people do not care about the !

Tried calling to get a prescription update. I have had to call 5 times now and still never got a person! I had to leave my number. Medicine is on order for over a week now! And this happens every time we get this prescription.

By far the best CVS. All the people in the pharmacy are super friendly and efficient. The tech Taylor and the pharmacist Cindy make are rockstar team and always are quick to fill my prescription. All of them in there are great every pharmacist and tech are very good especially taylor which is always working. I go here every Monday for my medicine and they always are on it right away, quick, friendly and honestly have made it so easy for me to get my medicine. Thanks to them it's not big inconvenience to me to have to go every Monday. Great job you guys

Called this morning at 9:30 to refill medicine, automatic message said my medicine would be ready at 1pm. Got to CVS at 3:30pm medicine is still not ready. With 4 people in the pharmacy there's no excuse for it.
