For today 07/24/24
I would advise not to go in there. Stay away. The blonde haired manager was mean. She struck a attitude when I asked her a question about body soap. She should not get mean with a customer about that. Then I asked her when a truck would come in. She said, Thursday. Then she got a attitude & said don't expect it to be out on the shelf right then. Either. They may not have enough help. Lord, she needs a attitude adjustment. Plus, a lesson, on how to treat her customers. Needs a better bed side manner. I won't be going back in there. At all. I'm going to our next town over one from now on. Who is the owner of that store? Id like to know

I've come into this location a few times over the last couple of months, and the staff stay busy working and seem happy to help when asked. I appreciate the good customer service , especially from the male employee, whose name is Patrick?

I just called the dollar tree after my child and her friends were kicked out. They went to pick something up for me but did see their friends that work there. They shouldn’t have caused a ruckus but it did not stop the work or disrupt the other customers. Her kicking them out is not an issue especially if they were causing a problem however when I called, the manager, Crystal was rude and even hung up on me while I was talking. I was not there so I wanted an explanation but was met with disrespect. This is horrible customer service and I will be taking further action.

⭐ The cashier, Ivey is an amazing, sweet woman. Kind to everyone and great at her job, she deserves 10 stars. ⭐As most expect, Dollar tree has a lot of neat holiday / birthday decor and supplies. The cleaning supplies for the most part actually do an excellent job of cleaning. My personal picks are the foaming window cleaner, oven cleaner and Cloralen bleach specifically. In a pinch, Dollar Tree has everything one would need to survive a tight budgeted week from food to toilet paper and everything in between. My complaints are that some of the staff need training in dealing with the public concerning certain individuals who blurt out their personal business in front of customers. ? Holiday merchandising can be quite messy in this store, but they appear to be either understaffed, or a little unorganized. Overall, I do recommend Dollar Tree.

A very sad looking situation. This store degrades the entire plaza and doesn't belong there. Another example of a typical Dollar Tree with one cashier regardless of how many people at the register. Since Dollar Tree decided to boycott the concept of what a dollar store really should be, offering items for $5 that aren't worth more than 99 cents, their reputation has continued to grow as the ultimate ripoff retailer. Just walk into this place and you get the feeling it's on its way out. Tired of the long wait resulting from another incompetent cashier and the company's lack of desire to hire employees, we returned the items to their shelves and walked out for the last time.

To be quite honest, other than some of the products, this store is stuck in 1995. A true UPGRADE is seriously needed. Compared to other dollar tree stores I have visited in other places and states, this ONE is in dire need of attention. Then again, my 2 cents aint worth a cent. Just saying
