“I went to this place needed my xbox 360 fixed, the man that helped us was very helpful! He throughly explained what would need fixed and explained it would be much cheaper to replace the Xbox and transfer everything over. So that's what we did. He asked if we needed any cords, controllers or help connecting anything making sure that we understood exactly what we needed to do once we got it home and he reminded us to call if we needed any assistance.
Aside from this there were several old and new video games and consoles at fantastic prices! I'm not from the area but if I go back to Seneca I will definitely go back! Thank you guys so much for all your help and assistance.”

“This review is based on the customer service we received at the location not on T-Mobile itself. The representative that helped us was Holland. He greeted us as soon as we walked in & got right down to helping us with the issues that we have with T-Mobile. Holland had to call customer support because our phone was PUK locked. We called customer support ourselves & after hours on the phone they couldn't help & told us we needed to go to a store. Holland tried his best but because we have an e-sim, our phone could not be unlocked. He even tried to get T-Mobile to credit our account since nothing could be done and it is actually our work phone (we had already missed calls for over 24 hours). We ended up having to purchase a new phone. Holland was able to set it up for my husband, even showing him how to get to certain apps, features, and logging into a few apps. We also have an issue with 1 of our tablets, we have been dealing with for more than 6 months, going back and forth with the warranty dept. The whole time, Holland was helping other customers, greeting them, calling customer support for them while still on hold for us, doing whatever he could do that the customer felt acknowledged. We drive further to this location just because the customer service has always been better. With representatives like Holland, we will continue to do so.”

They always have great prices, cold drinks (even when my usual café runs out of my favorite soda), and the best part? Mike, the cashier, is always so kind and welcoming. A small stop that always leaves a good impression!!”

“I have had my sub woofer and amplifier in my car for about 5 years now, and it had blown and stopped working Thursday evening. I found this place online and walked in Friday morning to get it checked out. The owner took a look at my system and figured out the problem immediately. I came back later that same day at 2:30 (as appointments are typically required) and it was fixed within an hour! The service was wonderful and so quick, and the workers helped me pick out a woofer to replace my busted one. This woofer was also cheaper than the original woofer I had! They were so helpful and the prices were amazing (coming from a college student)! I will never go anywhere else!”
