Came to return an item and was told a return can not be made at the store but online the website states returns can be made at any location. Wish customer service wasn’t so lazy.

Rude employee. I was smelling the perfumes & beauty products. She came around the corner and told me I had to stop opening everything or I’d have to pay for it. There are no signs stating this or testers of the products. How do you expect someone to purchase something if they can smell it first?

One of the kids that was with my daughter today was looking a perfume and accidentally knocked one off. The manager came and said we had to pay for the perfume even though it was an accident. I know that things happen and all stores have accidents like that. The manager was very rude to a 14-year-old child.
