They absolutely sell your phone number. I have a new phone number that I haven't put in any kinda sign ups, Internet, ECT. I haven't received a single scam call since the owning of this number. Been fairly careful about it. Yesterday I went to game stop and was asked to update my phone number. I have received scam calls non stop since then. That's the only place my number was added.

So disappointed. My first time coming in with my daughter I noticed a newborn baby left unattended out in the car parked in front of store... It was extremely concerning to me, so I asked the employee currently working who had the worst attitude and not a care in the world and basically told me to call the police.Obviously very ill mannered with no compassion or humanity left in his souless eyesI will go the extra miles to visit a different store for our needs.

The “manager” im assuming with long hair was very unhelpful and arrogant. Told me that I couldn’t trade in my iPad and didn’t even try to help whatsoever. So I took it to the Anderson GameStop and they helped me right out. Don’t waste your time just go to Anderson. Horrible experience hes a cuck.

First of all, only one person in the store had any respect, whatsoever, when I entered the store. When I asked about a game and its pricing, I was told that this is a business and not a charity. In which his attitude was unsettling. I can see now the kind of workers they employ and have running their stores. The place is not Veteran friendly and that was made very evident. Enough!!! Gamestop has forever lost my business!!!!

Worst experience ever, I bought a keyboard in December of 2022 (along with a warranty), and I took the keyboard back to get it replaced, it is still in warranty and it is not working at all. The guy at the register says they don’t do trade ins and they can’t replace it because their company policy changed. I bought the keyboard before this policy change so it shouldn’t apply to me. the most they could give me is $53 and I originally bought this keyboard for $100. They recommended that I go to a tech shop near that because they will fix it really cheap, but they should give me a new one for free because of the warranty. If you are going to a GameStop, I completely recommend the GameStop in Clemson, the customer service is great and they helped me and explained everything the times i’ve been.

This place is ran by clowns. Gamestop as a company is doomed if they can’t figure out how to do something as simple as have the correct business hours on their website

Came into the Seneca store because I ordered a ps5 controller for store pick up. When I placed the order the pick up store rerouted to a store in NC. My order number no longer said which store I could pick up the controller. So I asked the man that was working if he could help me find what store it was at so I could call and cancel. Guy was rude from the beginning. He said “let me see the order number, yeah like I said I don’t have that order number here” i told him yea that’s cool can you help me with the store number that the controller is at. He was so rude when I was just trying to get help. Telling me “for future reference the customer service number is on the bottom of most websites”( which it wasn’t) and my fiancé told him. In which he then told my fiancé that he could leave the store. Absolutely appalled with how we were treated. Will no longer be doing business with GameStop. Can’t give 0 stars as an option or I would.

We will not go back to the Seneca location. My 5 year old found a toy he wanted to buy with his money. The toy was marked $18.99 and when scanned it rang up $26. When my husband pointed out the sticker on it the “manager” said that that had been left over from August and she could not override it. This is absolutely terrible customer service.

The store location has a caring and attentive staff. They are always willing to chat and make suggestions and we've had great luck here.On the flip side, the corporation and its customer service are absolutely terrible. The past several order I have placed online, have taken a week to ship, even if it is indicated that items are in stock and available. While trying to call customer service, I spent over 30 minutes on hold on several occasions, only to hang up since I don't have this kind of time to spend for simple questions. I tried emailing, it took 2 weeks to receive a reply. Terrible service. Regrettably, my experience with the corporation has a great affect on my interest in doing business with the local store. When the leadership stinks, it's inevitable that the rest of the company and local stores will follow.
