He always go above and beyond the call of duty. If his store doesn't have whatever product you're looking for in stock then he would go online to see what other GNC Stores in the immediate area to see if they would have it. I currently live in the Anderson SC area I have at on five different occassions have bypassed all of the other stores in the surrounding area to receive his superior knowledge and expertise.
