If there was a way to do an even higher rating I would! I had to get a truck rental today and the guy who helped me, Nate was amazing. Very professional, helpful and all around just gave me a great experience. There was an issue with the rental contract and he handled it swiftly and made sure I knew what was going on due to the wait for the actual Penske rep on the phone. When I also asked how to set the trailer up onto the truck, he took me out there, have very clear verbal instructions to help guide me in the correct way and even gave me some tips! First time experience with all of this so it was extremely helpful and soothed my nerves about driving with a trailer. Nate truly is great and I wish I could find my receipt to do the survey as well. 10/10!

Asked a girl at service desk to call someone to cut a few keys I needed. proceeded to wait at key machine for 10 minutes while 5 different associates walked by, and 4 were talking amongst themselves. Laid my stuff down and am heading to a different store.

The Place Home Depot is Seneca, SC is located at 1614 Sandifer Blvd. The store is very comparable to any Home Depot you may visit. They have a complete garden and nursery offering. The store is clean, well lite, and usually very well stocked. The Value/Experience/Service Home Depot is competitive on price but not on a level with Menard's. I usually always have had a good experience with most aspects of the store. If you order online they have the process down well. They are fair on returns and do the right things to make your experience positive. My only criticism would be sometimes they could man the checkouts better. Good place to buy your home improvement needs locally.

My lumber was not delivered yesterday as scheduled. After 14 hours of waiting and 4 phone calls they informed me at 9:15pm the driver was over on hours and the truck was overloaded. The best they will give me is sometime between 6am and 8pm tomorrow. So an express order placed on 7/30 MIGHT be delivered SOMETIME on 8/3. This is not acceptable and I can guarantee it will not happen again. I will not be placing another order, for anything, with Home Depot and furthermore everyone willing to listen will hear about this experience.

While I was checking out today I was told I can no longer get my veterans discount. You should be ashamed of yourself. I served for almost four years have a honorable discharge and am a decorated Vietnam vet, and you now refused to give me a discount.
