“I just got back to my home after being gone for two months and I had no internet. I called on a Sunday morning and they diagnosed the problem over the phone and said it had to be on their end and someone would be out on Monday. I was disappointed that something could not be done that day but understood it was Sunday.
I had a meeting that I needed to participate in on Monday so as I was trying to figure out how I could find internet and be home at the same time to meet the customer service representative, I got a call from Connor Ashley. He said he was about an hour away, he wasn’t sure he could fix it and may need support from his team on Monday. He drove all the way out to my house anyway and it turned out he was able to fix it and I am good to go for my meeting. I appreciate Connor taking time out of his weekend to put a customer first. Thank you!”
