I was initially nervous when my insurance was transferred from the Patricia Roach agency in Pickens to the Joel Rice agency, as I had always had a nothing but great service with the Roach agency, but I couldn’t be happier with how things have turned out. The team at Allstate - Joel Rice has been absolutely wonderful. They’ve gone above and beyond for me multiple times and have truly earned my trust. Their customer service is top-notch—always responsive, helpful, and friendly. Plus, their rates are very competitive. I’m really glad to be with this agency and highly recommend them to anyone looking for great coverage and even better service.

This review is based on this offices bait and switch tactics rather than their customer service. I received a letter in the mail from this office stating my home is eligible for a much lower premium. The premium they listed was almost half what I am currently paying. The home information in the letter was all correct and I was a prior customer of allstate, so I called to confirm. After speaking to one of their agents, they came back with a quote that was more than double what the letter stated. I get there may be some instances where the rate may change, but more than double?? If you can't make a half decent offer with the information available to you, don't waste my time.

22 years with this insurance I wouldn't change it for anything.
In a collision in 1 hour they already have all the documentation while in others it can take months for the insurance to respond.

I've been a All-State customer for 20+ yrs only had 1 claim in those yrs I've bought a new vehicle had to have full coverage had to switch insurance agents they swipe my card on file and never contacted me before they did it whats up with that I would have paid it I call & canceled but for Joel Rice ins office never called me just took my card that was on file and took their payment out without my consent shane on you

Everyone is super nice and super professional. I’m pretty sure I get on their nerves with my 1001 questions, but my family and I are taken care of from auto insurance to homeowners. Angela is my absolute favorite person but everyone is nice. Tara has been amazing and very helpful. All of the ladies here have been 10/10 and very helpful!
