I was totally confused and kept asking over and over for because I could NOT understand what he was saying. I OBVIOUSLY got ice from the wrong place. I was literally shaking because he scared me so badly, yelling and screaming at me! Totally uncalled for! I will never go back! He KNEW it was a mistake!
