My husband came here the other day to get plastic boards for a job and they wouldn't give them to him. He wasted an hour of his time just to be told that the employees weren't allowed to get the boards and that the vendors are supposed to restock them from the back. Like... really? So you couldn't go get us 10 boards which was $300 worth? We ended up getting them from home depot instead. Stuff like that is a waste of time.

Bought a brand new refrigerator and the next day it got delivered with a huge dent in the side. They said they would bring me a new one but days went by and I never got a call. Finally after much time and effort I got a new delivery date and they never called or showed up. Very very disappointed in their customer service.

We stopped by this store,and found it much the same as the other 2 we have visited recently picking out remodel stuff...You can expect these stores to be out of approximately 20 percent of ANYTHING that you might want as all ordering is done above store level...Very frustrating to have to visit so many places to find stock that SHOULD BE in all the stores...Our experience with ordering and having it delivered has also been poor with thus chain...deliveries are also scheduled above store level, so our experience is about 80 percent of the time, our needs are "shorted" and we are forced to return to the store for a "credit" and then going elsewhere to find what we needed...
