Got a phone for me and my Girlfriend about 5 years ago. Last year we went and traded them in for new 5G phones. Have not had any trouble with them and I always know what the bill is every month.

They messed up my service and I couldn't go back to my original plan after I never told them to change my plan. I ended up getting a cheaper plan but was really inconvenienced and lost all my photos from 5 year's because my Google one account extra memory was deleted when they cancelled my one service for another.

I got here before 9 the lady that opens didn't get here til 9 it's 9:10 and the lady just came out n said it'll be a few more minutes if she would have gotten here on time yal would've been open at 9 nobody wants to stand in this heat waiting on someone to do something they should've done before I got here this is crazy I'm a new customer and it makes me wanna go somewhere else

These folks are not helpful at all. I broke my phone got another one then it wouldn't work and the people at Metro Seneca wouldn't help me at all. Would not recommend anyone to go here

Rachel was so kind, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me yesterday. My phone crashed (5 years old) with a black screen. Then there was a computer issue and she was very professional the whole 2 .5 hours it took to get my new phone. I've been a Metro customer for years and with associates like Rachel, I will continue to be for many more!
