Kept upping rent without notice and when we asked them to prove it they couldn’t and still haven’t refunded us. They tried to add a new note on account about new rent charge. Three times were charged random extra fees with no explanation and every time we brought up to manager she said she would fix it and never did. My husband even went out of his way to fix their golf cart asap and never received any compensation.

Attendant often absent, recd calls re past due payment while on “auto debit” at Bank?…moved to newer unit getting twice the space while paying 85% of what paying at Stotage Sense??

My experience with
Storage Sense has been so good that not only am I storing my personal items in a storage bin there I Am now storing my luxury vehicle there.I completely trust that the facility is clean and well monitored and the customer service of the agents in the office is stellar.. Every time i've had an issue it was addressed with efficiency, courtesy and a satisfactory resolution. I would highly recommend this facility.
