About Murphy USA
Murphy USA is a gas station chain known for its convenient locations and usually being among the lowest priced options. It offers drinks and snacks near the register. The facilities, like windshield cleaning supplies, are typically well-maintained. However, customer experiences with service can be inconsistent. There are reports of pumps potentially switching fuel grades unexpectedly. Furthermore, service can sometimes be poor, with attendants ignoring waiting customers to do paperwork or other tasks instead of helping them in a timely manner. This neglect can lead to significant customer frustration.
