Went on here because of their convenient location. I won't make that mistake again.
7 people in line, 12 people in the store, 2 people working on a Saturday. 1 worker goes outside to install something. People are waiting in line way too long. I left and went to another parts store in Seneca, and they had at least 4 people working, just as many customers, nobody waiting in line, and 1 worker was outside installing something.

They are so understanding and actually listen to their customer's. Our vehicle broke down and they allowed us to stay parked in the parking lot until we were able to get the parts and fix it.
Thank you guys for actually caring about your customer and for just caring about another person's bad luck. My husband and I are very thankful beyond words!!!! We started thinking NO ONE CARED!! HUMANS ARE NOT AS CARING AND UNDERSTANDING AS THEY WERE 20-30 YEARS AGO!! YOU CAN HARDLY FIND NICE, CARING, UNDERSTANDING, ALSO HELPFUL INDIVIDUALS ANYMORE!!

I guess you can only expect the employees to be as knowledgeable as the computer that they're given to look things up on, but when asked to look up the proper transmission fluid, we were given the wrong one. BUT when asked for a sensor that wasn't what was exactly listed for that vehicle, the two fellas knew just how to search through that computer to find what we needed ..

Will tell you not once but twice they ordered you part and let you drive up there both times to find out they don't have your parts they ordered for you. Very shiesty people and shouldn't be running a business like that
