When I file this complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the U.S. Postal Inspection Service (USPIS), and state consumer protection agencies. I want you to explain to them how the cameras in the parking lot shows me sitting in the parking at your place of business for at least 10 minutes contacted the Virtual Office company informing them of your actions. Also would like for you to explain the recording I have of your employee stating over the phone when I called your office that, “He opened my package to see where it went to.” And also the other employee taking the phone from his hands and saying you didn’t say it. It’s all been recorded! I would also like for you to explain how you slandered my name in your response to my first review under personal my account Latoya Davis. And also explain to the judge how you manage to allow this to happen. I wonder how much prison time goes behind opening packages that do not belong to you? Now you have a good day! Very unprofessional very disrespectful place of so called business! If you will lie on your customers I can only imagine what you’ve lied about in 18 years. Not a good look at all. Defamation of character is also unlawfully done in your response. I think it time I speak with my lawyer! If you canceled my subscription, how did they issue me a refund?! I will keep this box bc I know your fingerprints are all over my product and the inside of the box!? I wonder how did that get there without you opening my box?! You should think before you react and say things that could cause you prison time! FINGERPRINTS DONT LIE!

I went to retrieve my first package today from PakMail after signing up with a virtual office company for my business. When I showed up my pack was already opened from the bottom. I was a little concerned. So I called the company to ask why did they open my package? The first guy on the phone stated they opened my package to see where it went to, even though my name is clearly shown on the top of the package. Then another employee grabbed the phone and stated they never opened my package. I informed him that they just stated they opened it to see where it went to. He stated no we didn’t you have a good day. I told him I will be reporting this and he said well you do that and hung up in my face. I definitely canceled my subscription and requested a refund from the Virtual Office company and they accepted my request. Don’t do business with these people your privacy is not respected at all! This is illegal and a violation of my rights!

The older man tried to help send back an amazon order. He had me cancel the return on the Amazon app. Then scanned the package and sent it back. Long story short he didn't scan the $90 stethoscope I was returning only the bandage scissors. I got the $10 back for the scissors but now I'm out $90 for the stethoscope he sent back without my return label.
Out $90 is terrible when you are a student!!!!

PAK Mail of Seneca, SC serving Clemson University is amazing! They are extremely accommodating and provide top notch, friendly and reliable service for anything a new and existing student might need, especially when it comes to receiving/accepting packages and delivering them when needed to students on campus and for other services such as printing needs. As a parent, I am so pleased to know they are there to help and go that extra mile, and I most highly recommend them!
