Broke down in their driveway. Absolutely useless. Asked “what do you want from me” after describing issues with the vehicle. Wouldn’t even recommend for my worst enemy.

My girl and I towed her car to this shop. Some guy looked at it for about 30 seconds and proceeded to immediately tell us: “you need a new engine”. We had to press him for answers on how he reached this conclusion. Then when he finally mentioned a possible head gasket issue I ask him if that specific repair would help. He proceeded to tell us: “probably no one would help us..”. We then immediately sent the vehicle to another shop down the road and they’re willing to help. Honestly we felt profiled and like he just wasn’t in the mood to do his job. His decision of course, but he was very unprofessional. Very unhelpful, and we should have towed it to the next place we ended up at first. Don’t expect effort from this repair shop. Don’t expect them to be real with you about solutions. That’s all I have to say. Won’t return even in a dire emergency.

My air conditioning wasn't working so I took it to this guy. He told me would call me before he charged me. Didn't have my car for over a hour and charged me 75 dollars for doing absolutely nothing to my truck. He told me my compressor was messed up. I knew this before I took it to him. This is not a friendly nor is he professional. Was very rude to me from the moment I walked into his shop. Would not recommend

I ordered a starter from AutoZone and thought I would put it on myself. Turns out, I don't have time! S I called Priority to ask how much they would charge. Instead of telling me prices (like ALL of the other mechanics in the area) he worked with me over the phone to see if I REALLY needed my starter replaced. He determined that I probably had a bad battery and offered for me to come in and he would take a look at it. I was too far away, so he told me one of the parts stores could test my battery. Sure enough, it was my battery! Priority IS about the customer, even if they can't make any money from them! Unfortunately, we all have car troubles, and when I have a problem in the future, I will DEFINITELY be using them!! Thank you, sincerely, for saving me tons of money for parts and labor even though you got nothing out of it!
