Today at Walmart in Seneca, someone stole my full shopping cart after I had paid for it. I parked the cart by the restroom, ran in and out of the restroom and my cart was gone. Security cameras have the thief on video, I had a police report filed. One employee said that theft is a huge problem at this Walmart. Walmart will not reimburse or give me store credit for the $250 in lost items. I had my receipt in my purse with me. My question is, if theft is such a problem, why don't they check receipts as you leave the store? Seems it would easily solve theft problems. I just moved to SC 2 days ago, I did not have a Walmart where I use to live, I am not an experienced Walmart shopper. I did not know my cart was unsafe for a couple of minutes parked by the restrooms, in front of the checkers. Walmart needs to step things up. It was a horrible and it was a terrible welcome to SC.

Have a road hazard warranty and had to come here to get the tire repaired because another Walmart said I needed a new tire. Nail NOT on wall of tire. Thank you for not taking me for a ride like Toccoa Walmart. Has a waiting room with TV and super nice employees.

Don't ever go to this store for propane. It literally takes an hour to find someone to open the gate. And they aren't nice about it. They should get the kind with lock codes if they aren't going to have the staff needed to sell propane.

No matter what you do, Walmart it is the worst. I have disliked Walmart for years but now I'm done with them. First of all, your store is dirty and gross. Secondly your staff is rude and unfriendly. 3rd, your pharmacy staff could care less about the people that need their meds. I came in today to see about getting my medication for my asthma moved to this location because the last several nights I've gone to a different one closer to where I live. I tried to go get it in the last several nights after work, and they're closed at 7 now even tho their sign was wrong. 4th. The woman at the pharmacy looked at me like I was committing a crime because i asked to have it moved there, simply because I need it badly. When I asked about it, she could have cared less about I told her that she can look and see that I'm not after controlled substances. i still don't have my meds!! thanks Walmart!!

Walmart didn't wanna sell a locked up gaming headset cause they closed in 10 minutes and locked up the key. Why would you put key away when still open. Now they lost on a sale. Told them ill go to gamestop tomorrow instead then. Bad enough they don't stay open 24 hrs anymore if you need stuff

After visiting this store it amazes me how Walmart became the largest retail business in the World. How? Bathrooms are always smelly and dirty. Service is lousy, if you can find someone to help you. Shelves with common items i.e. hamburger, cheese, cereal are often bare. Attention Walmart executives: empty shelves = no sales. Often times things they used to carry, they don't carry anymore. For some reason I keep going back, but then I tell my self when I get there "why did I come here?" Why didn't I go somewhere else and spend the extra money and get what I needed the first time. Bentonville need to visit this store and clean house...starting with management. It is never a good shopping experience. I was a long time shareholder in this company. Not any more. They need to be more customer focused. The best thing that could happen to Walmart: competition.

This is the worst automotive center ever!!! Not only did it take almost two hours for a simple oil change with two cars ahead but when my wife got her Nissan rouge back, the drivers side was completely covered in oil. The door, steering wheel and floor mates had to be decreased so they were not slick! Called the store manager and got brushed off!! I wouldn't let those fools change the oil in my lawn mower, let alone another vehicle of mine!!!!

I would rather have my kidney removed while I am awake than got to the Seneca Walmart ever again. They never have any/enough registers open especially when they see 20 People huddled around the self checkout (and they have 4 of the self checkout open) I ask the girl that stands there and really does nothing why there were no registers open and she shrugged and said she didn't know. I'm guessing the lady that butted in the conversation was a cashier manager. She proceeds to tell me that they won't open any registers until midnight, I got to the self checkout almost 11pm. She said before 10pm they had register 10 open only if you wanted cigarettes. What if I didn't smoke or was trying to quit??? Guess I would have had to buy a pack just to get out of the checkout in less than 30 minuets There was NO BREAD stocked, there were a million nats in produce eww , there wasn't even any water stocked Walmart has truly gone to the most people I know would rather have their eyes gouged out than go to Walmart!!! It's a nonstop joke around town if say you are in Bilo or the Dollar store and you have to wait in line because there are only 2 registers open and the person next to you says "I don't mind waiting in line here, at least it's not Walmart" people would rather pay a $1 more than shop at your store!!!

Slowest oil change ever. 2 cars in front of us and a 3 hour wait time. Good way to make money by taking so long to change oil that you go shop. Go somewhere else....we will.

Downright most drugged out staff of any Wal Mart I've ever seen. Completely screwed up a TV purchase and now I cannot return it to any Walmart other than this one... Complete joke of a place.

Its hard for me to rate places when I just pop in for a quick moment. But, the sake of posterity, I shall anyway. The place seemed clean and well stocked. I was looking for the large cans of low sodium solid albacore tuna, but they only had the small ones. No big deal. Checkout was self and due to my prowess, very efficient.

Took 4 hours just to get 4 tires changed. Went in for valve stems and after a 4 hour wait they finally told me they couldn't replace them. I will never use this service again.

Two hours waiting at the TLE is ridiculous, I don't care how cheap the oil change service is or what the quality of the workmanship is. Take the "express" out of the equation Walmart!
