“I was there not long after they opened on 9/22/26. The two that were working were friendly and helpful! Their lines were down so I had to go through a few more steps. They called for payment like they said they would. Extremely professional under the circumstances. I did not see their names by the gentleman that helped me was great.”

“I cannot recommend PakMail in Seneca highly enough! They provided absolutely phenomenal service when helping us ship our son's car to Clemson. From start to finish, their communication was flawless, keeping us informed and reassured every single step of the way. Scott was especially awesome to work with throughout the entire process! We ran into a scheduling hiccup and were set to arrive a day late, but PakMail stepped up without hesitation and accepted the car locally for us ahead of our arrival. That level of accommodation and customer care is incredibly rare these days. On top of the stellar service, the pricing was completely fair and transparent. While we didn't use them for shipping traditional packages this time, I can tell you that if this is the level of dedication, professionalism, and care they put into transport logistics for a whole vehicle, they must be absolutely awesome with smaller items. If you need anything shipped in the Seneca area, do yourself a favor and use them!”

“What is it to be said about DGS? They're a great place to shop, and in all of our neighbors, to the point of being in our backward. They need to pay their workers more money to keep the good ones.”

“Cute shipping center. Rhey sell so much more than shipping needs. Theres a selection of natural life, baby items, clemson trinkets, and so much more. They do more than fed ex and they do not have anything to do with your packages making it to your home BTW. They're always friendly and will print my label and tape it for free. I have used them multiple times and it's always a breeze!”

“Dollar general onsite doesn't print labels or box your package. You must have the item boxed with label. They only ship packages back. I prefer going to a authorized store since I don't have a printer.”

“Staff came right up to us, asked if we needed help finding anything, and let us know to download their Staples app for discounts and other rewards. We got a free $10 Password Notebook with our order today. Cashiers have been friendly each time, helpful with their app and patient to make the app work.”
