We went to the store today to add internet service to our existing account. Many customers were waiting and one seemingly oblivious rep working the front. Waited nearly an hour with not so much as a hello. I finally let it get the best of me and Mr Oblivious went to the back to retrieve help, who came out apologizing adding that he was training 5 new hires. Others had walked out before us and I started an online chat and was serviced that way instead. Plan on packing a lunch and not to be greeted if you need to visit this store front. Miserable experience.

I had an awful experience with Tmobile, if you have another option, avoid any contact with Tmobile.I had an Internet home service from T-Mobile. I want to deactivate the service. Called the customer service, they told me to disconnect the modem and ship it to us via the provided shipping label, and that's it. I did. After doing that I called them to make sure everything went fine and the line is deactivated, they assured me that the line is deactivated and evrything is fine. Here my story just started. Tmobile started send me bills for the deactivated line. I called them, the line was deactivated and so the customer service was not responsible, saying that "I cannot access your account information, since it is deactivated". They start sending horrible mails, bills with threatening to send it to credit agencies. the bills started to be increased by late fees. No one is responsible, no one resolve the issue. They just tell me pay it to prevent the credit issues. I will never ever get close to any Tmobile product/service.

Finding out an associate wasn’t the store manager says enough about the quality of customer care this store has provided to me even in very frustrating circumstances speaks volumes. I’ve delt with every carrier in the area and the customer service alone at T-Mobile of Seneca, SC convinced me they’re part of the very few businesses that remember how far HR and customer service goes.

They have a problem with showing up on time to work. I waited nearly 10 minutes for them to open the store. Store is supposed to open at 10am but they don't open the doors till 10 after 10. No way to run a business.

Don’t count on the Seneca store opening on time. It’s now 10 minutes past 11am and still no one in site.

I had a great experience here yesterday! Jason was wonderful, helpful and patient assisting me. The other staff members were also friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Every person we have talked to at this store was very helpful, polite, and took care of the problems we came to them with. They are an excellent group of people. We couldn’t ask for any better. We left at least 100% satisfied every single time. (Sometimes, they even helped us save money/ get a new phone for free under some kind of promotion we didn’t even know about, while we were there. They are the best.)

We recently visited this store to purchase the 5G Home internet. We are faithful Verizon customers, but currently the 5G home Verizon option isn't available for us so we decided to use T-Mobile. The associates at this store were polite and worked quickly to get us taken care of. We've had the internet service from T-Mobile for about 6 weeks now and it has been an excellent choice. If our Verizon phone service ever lets us down, this will definitely be our next choice.

After paying $170+ monthly at Verizon, we decided that we no longer need their far-ranging service (Ideal for people who camp in hard to reach localities.) We went to T-Mobile today and after an extremely short wait, we were helped by Brenna. Oh my goodness!! She really knows her stuff, was practical and definitely streamlined our service/sale. She was pleasant and polite. We're now paying over $70 less a month and walked out with a $400 rebate that she found for us AND we kept our same phones! We were extremely impressed!

I walked in and told Jahlil, the manager that I had been with Verizon for 23 years and I was considering a divorce. He hooked me right up with a great plan for my girlfriend and I. I got a great deal on a Google Pixel 7. The discount for being 55 kept my monthly bill under $100 for their best plan, Magenta Max.

People great,I have other phones wanted try t mobile out at house C how it came in,thought it be free try,but nope 40.00 try out...there moveing up but don't take long fall if u charge people wronge just try it out 4 few days,called customer service....But people in store are GREAT not there fault,of course it's company bend over and take up the bu___,,policy

I see people commenting that they had the best staff, but the guy I was working with was a j**** allbeit I was asking for some non-standard changes. Maybe they were following policy, but refusing the match online deals. Not a good experience, did not win me as a customer.
