“Customer service was wonderful today. One of the associates noticed on her screen that my account (points system) I was prior military. She asked if I wanted to use my military discount which is not much just taxes taken off, but the fact she asked was honoring. Never have I been asked before like that so thank you for honoring that service.”

“I absolutely love this place!! I go there normally 3 to 4 times a week. The only problem I have with it is I think they shouldn’t let one person come in and buy all of the nice furniture items at once. And I’m not sure if that’s what’s happening, but I noticed when I go there often all the nice furniture has sold stickers on it and I believe that comes from people that own other used furniture stores come in there and buy stuff to sell elsewhere at a higher price and that’s not fair because the whole purpose of the store is to help serve those who are less fortunate. So well off people shouldn’t be able to go in there and buy up all the furniture items. Just my opinion.”
“Employees are nice. Good dressing rooms, lots of clothes. Seasonal (Christmas and Halloween) items and clothes are out year round which which I don't like. They don't have grocery bags at check out or any jewelry. A LOT of the shoes should be thrown away, I've seen mold and dry rot in way too many pairs.”

“I love how clean the store is. The prices are pretty good. Sometimes the prices are wow , hi , and then another time you'll walk in there and prices are , wow , okay , I'll buy that. And the people inside the store, the ladies that run the front counter.When you cash out they are some of the best that I have run into , i'm a reseller and love coming into this store.”
