All of the ladies and the gentleman in the pharmacy were amazing. Jessie and the other two ladies helped me so much to try and get a discount on my sons meds. They went above and beyond and I’m so grateful. They were so patient with my 2 year old who was bored and passed nap time and treated her so well. I will definitely be using them from now on and will recommend them to anyone

I have not had a great experience with this pharmacy. They take my compound order and fail to get it shipped to Oconee properly. They don’t answer the phone. exasperating.

If I could rate this mornings experience 0 stars I would. I personally didn’t know how to transfer pharmacy’s and I tried explaining my situation to the pharmacist and she kept talking over me and wouldn’t let me explain. I needed to refill multiple prescriptions and she said I had no refills which was not true. I wanted to refill a script I get every 3 months and the last time I refilled with their pharmacy was in June 2021, she read it wrong and assumed it said June 2022 and accused me of going through 3 months of my pills in one month. she then proceeded to say “my bad” she read the date wrong. She then said she doesn’t understand what I need to be done today and I kept telling her I need my script filled. I then told her I used to use Greenville pharmacy and she said “now we’re speaking the same language.” I have NEVER been talked to like this before, especially by a professional. This pharmacist was very unprofessional and rude.

Over the phone they said I could get my specialty drugs but upon arrival I was questioned about who I spoke with, given a number of reasons why they couldn't supply them and finally said they don't accept Medicare part D. Pharmacist said he had two other patients who needed that medication and even if I paid cash he couldn't fill the prescription. I've been getting these life saving drugs elsewhere for two and a half years without a problem so I do feel left out by Oconee memorial hospital pharmacy.

Upstate Pharmacy is the nicest stores I've been in. The prices are cheaper than the big chain stores
