Verizon Wireless is simply the best choice for cellular service in the upstate of South Carolina.

The way you treat people and talk about customers in front of others is bad. You need to treat people better. I will be switching to another provider.

Absolute terrible service and rudeness from employees. Lewd conversations, interrupting conversations, disrespectful behavior. I was in your office and after a customer left you just started bad mouthing them and making fun of them behind their back while on the sales floor. I am honestly so shocked by the lack of simple kindness that you do not display, Children behave with more dignity than the way yall behave.

The manager Alyssa is super knowledgeable, goes above and beyond and makes me feel valued. She assisted us with our new watch purchase and helped us sort out some bad information we got from Apple. Thank you for helping us on multiple occasions!

We went to the store to submit a ticket request for our other phone as We have been having connection issues unrelated to wifi calling.. We arrived an hour before closing and to access the account the lady used my wife's number to pull the account but as she didnt not have her ID and wallet I used my ID to verify the account. Even though it was a different name, she told us that we are doing it for show so she don't get in Trouble. (First violation of policy Debra by your own admission). We were then persuaded into a new phone,, and We asked if she "mywife" needed to go get her Money and ID as we wanted to upgrade her and was told we could do it later. I even offered to come back in the morning before this all started and was assured by Debra she would take care of us.. 30 minutes later after waiting for the New phone to be unlocked out of the vault things took a dark turn. When it came time to buy and check out they asked for payment. It was in the car, 10 feet out the door in the truck. We were were told we were not allowed outside since the store had closed and they were rushing us out. Then I told them we couldn't be forced to stayinside, then we were told that they can let us out but not back in. I explained the sales lady knew my wife did not have her wallet on her and we asked if she needed to get it before they closed and was told it's ok. Now, we drove out of state to a store, took off work to buy a phone and fix our issues. Never got the phone. Got kicked out of the store and treated very terrible. We have been verizon customers since the bag phone days. The staff were very unprofessional there was a male employee with short hair fussing and ranting at employees in the background and customers calling things ridiculous and fussing at coworkers. The elderly woman pretending to help us and the lady manager no caring to even allow us to pay for our merchandise or try to correct the issue they created. This is very wrong and very poor customer service. To add, there were many times were Debra was interrupting me and my wife when we were asking questions, talking or explain the answer to her question. she obviously did not want to help us. Furthermore, the other employee watching the ordeal was just laughing at us during this turn of events. This is very disrespectful and insulting

Poor service for a 20+ year customer. Although greeted promptly and put on a wait list I was skipped over by store associates as I was merely activating a new phone. The associates are paid on commission so they're not interested in assisting customers who are not purchasing anything.

This store’s sales representative, Christian Lemos is the absolute best! He is very good at his job. No questions are left unanswered and will be solved! I got two iPhone 14 Plus and all within a reasonable time! Great customer service and takes pride in his work!I definitely think he deserves a raise !Overall the Seneca store is a welcoming environment and all work personnel are on their game! You won’t be disappointed!

I took my Mom to the Verizon store for some help with her phone. We received excellent customer service from Jayla. A true asset to Verizon, she is knowledgeable and nice!

I bought a hotspot online, but there was an error in the Verizon system. Elise and Debbie were able to fix things when even Verizon corporate e-commerce had no clue what was happening. Very friendly, communicate, and professional representatives. This is the place to come around here, since the Clemson Verizon store is not corporate. They will get you sorted much faster than the web system, app, or other stores. Hotspot works great, just what I need for work and personal internet while traveling or when the university network is having issues. Thank you guys!!

The only negative thing I have to say about the Verizon office in Seneca South Carolina is the wait time. Even if you make an appointment online and you show up 15 minutes before your appointment, you still have to wait 45 minutes. Which is no different than getting there signing in and having to wait 45 minutes then. Everyone is exceptionally polite, it's like the Chick-fil-A of cell phone stores, that should tell you everything. ? My suggestion would be to either make an appointment and check in, or just go directly to the store and check in, then do whatever running around you have to do for 20 or 30 minutes and then head back. Now, if they're not that busy obviously you'll adjust your timeing but other than the long wait times, I definitely recommend going to the Seneca store if you need to speak to someone at Verizon.
