I will not be using Walgreens in Senca after this last refill. I have been waiting 4 days for my prescription to be filled and it is never ready when they say it will be. Very frustrating.

Only used Walgreens because of it being a Sunday and the local pharmacy i use was closed. Had to visit the urgent care and I was prescribed meds. Went over to the drive thru and sat for over 5 minutes waiting on someone to come to the window. There were 3 or 4 people in there walking by the window, not 1 acknowledged us. No one else was at the other drive thru lane and no one was waiting in line inside. When someone came they were rude and just very short with us. I'll never use this place again, I'll go elsewhere and if possible I'll wait till my preferred pharmacy opens. Pharmacy is a waste of space.

I've been hung up on 3 times in the queue. When someone finally answered they couldn't hear me say hello and hung up again within the first 5 seconds. I've been waiting for over an hour now. This is consistently a problem and always happens with medications I need daily. I will be switching pharmacies after this.

The phone service is annoying it always hangs up on me. People who answer phone were rude and when I said by they just hung up. The Walgreens employees are nice just the pharmacy needs to make the phone service better. There’s no way to ask question on app so I’m screwed and have to call.

The rating here is what it is for a reason. They don't answer phones for 1 person in que it's 15 mins or more.. The drive-through line is 15 mins per vehicle. They need new management NOW. They staffing issues and pay drive those first two issues most times.... However, the actual bottom line employees here seemed responsive to requests to fill my scrip asap. I appreciate that. They were also nice.

I was greeted genuinely upon entry to the store. The wait to pick up prescription was tolerable and the pharmacy tech spent time helping me get a discount on the medication that l was picking up as my friend has no drug coverage.

DO NOT SHOP HERE… *especially if you want to use the pharmacy*
They routinely refuse to fill my medications or even order them until I call the store after the due date, they won’t order them even if I call the day before, mind you these are meds I need daily for extreme chronic pain and meds that my doctor sends in every month..
They also currently are closing at 6pm and refusing to let people get their medications even just a couple min after 6 when they STILL have people working.
Due to the hour change which no one was warned about I haven’t been able to get my meds for 4 days.
I asked nicely the girl at the door if she could check for me if anyone would be able to grab my meds and she refused to even ask anyone at the pharmacy just saying we’re closed over and over *when I can SEE they are still checking people out*
By far has been the WORST PHARMACY EXPERIENCE I have EVER had and I’m done with them for good as soon as I get this months medications.
Should be ashamed of themselves. Idk runs the place by Walgreens needs to do some rehiring asap if they want to keep any business at all

The current situation that Walgreens finds itself in is no surprise , This review is primarily about the female pharmacist tech , Courtney , the actual pharmacist is always courteous and professional . The female Pharmacist PA , has a misconception concerning how a pharmacy works . Prescriptions are very seldom filled promptly and there is always a “ problem with insurance” that delays the filling of the prescription. A simple call to insurance usually reveals the problem as the pharmacist. The Doctors office as well as the insurance company refutes her statements and both have had to contact the pharmacist for clarification as to why a prescription cannot be filled as written . When she is questioned the only explanation is “ this is my pharmacy“. Calls from the MD ‘s office have resulted in “I have the authority to question and or reject any prescription per DEA Guidelines” .There seems to be some confusion about the distinction between Pharmacist and Medical Doctor .
An update , the Doctors office called concerning refusal to fill my wife’s prescription’s , the female Pharmacist Courtney reportedly was very belligerent and told a complete fabrication of my visit to have prescriptions filled . She stated that I was there on three different days and used profanity towards her on the three different days . That is a absolute lie , She is a liar . The pharmacy has video recording at the counter and I videotaped the entire interaction myself . I questioned her authority and she didn’t like that at all , so she made up a story to back up her claims to the store manager . He does not think one customer is worth another interaction with her .
Pharmacist Tech Courtney it appears has little character and less morals . Be careful during any interaction with her , video your interaction

If you made an appointment online for any vaccine at Walgreens in Seneca, SC, those appointments mean NOTHING. It's first come, first serve. Took my 95 year old mother for her 3pm appointment. We got there at 2:30, stood in a long line for 20 minutes just to be told it would be 45 minutes to an hour because it's "first come, first serve" even if you have an appt. They should put that online instead of letting you make an appointment.Can't say all Walgreens do this but this is ridiculous!

Never use this place! Literally the worst pharmacy you could choose. Nobody knows what they're doing and they are extremely rude! Can not even give you an estimate on when your prescription will be done. And if they do give you an estimate it will be wildly inaccurate!
