This is the worst pharmacy after Walgreens, in Seneca. The staff at checkout are friendly and the pharmacist but for some reason, they can’t get it together.

EXTREMELY RUDE & BIASED PHARMACIST ON SITE TODAY. I watched him be incredibly respectful to the lady in front of me, and then interrupt me twice with “any questions.” While I was speaking. When he looked at my prescription for birth control his stature completely changed and he practically tossed my prescription to me. LEAVE YOUR BELIEFS OUT OF YOUR PRACTICE. WORST EXPERIENCE WITH WALMART, EVER! And that’s saying a lot!

Walmart pharmacies are an actual joke you'd be better off spending more on meds at Walgreens than having to wait 3 days for 90 pills at Walmart anytime something is labeled a "benzo" they push back the wait time to DAYS keep in mind when I say benzo I mean meds that keep me sane for one and for two help me sleep I haven't gotten solid sleep IN A MONTH AND IM PISSED with Walmart whoever is working in that office in seneca needs to be asked some questions or something because pills don't just get up n walk off funny how addicts get treated better than people who ACTUALLY NEED THE MEDS ONLY AT WALMART WHERE METHHEADS ARE A PRIORITY AND YOURE NOT

This is the second time I've tried to use them for breathing medication. Last time they held my script 24hours while I was literally choking in front of them. This time, I drop off the script and I'm told 30 min until it's ready. I shop for an hour and come back and a ride lady tells me they just got it and it will be an hour or longer. Was also the only non-white in the line as well. Screw them, better pharmacies elsewhere.

I am at a loss to understand the negative reviews about this excellent pharmacy. I am from out of the area and needed help with a particular medication. I approached the help window a very quickly one of the pharmacist asked me how they could help. He was able to find the information l needed and solve my concerns very promptly and professionally. Although the pharmacy seemed busy l was not rushed at all. Since my daughter is now in the area, l definitely will return. Paul Hart

I have been loyal to Walmart for well over 10 years and always had my medicine filled there! Although I have been given the medicine that belonged to someone else a few times, and they have lost my prescriptions I was always loyal to them until now! I recently found out that I was not allowed to separate multiple prescriptions despite my doctor and other pharmacies telling me it was ok to do so. I tried to explain the situation and I offered that my doctor could call but she just kept making excuses. I told her that I wanted to see her and the store manager to discuss this and she started threatening me saying that I was bullying her when I was not! She even threatened to call the law on me for NO REASON...only because I wanted to resolve the situation. She made me feel like some kind of criminal when I did NOTHING WRONG!!! The pharmacist name is Amy I believe. I came back the next day and spoke to the store manager and the licensed pharmacist had already told so many lies about me to this pharmacist that he wouldn’t give me a chance to explain! He was very aggressive because of what lies she told him! I asked him several times what I did wrong and he said he was on his lunch break so he didn’t know what I said to her. At least he admitted that...the ONLY truth that was said! So in other words I am very upset and I feel betrayed! THE PHARMACIST ALSO DISCLOSED MY MEDICAL INFORMATION IN FRONT OF ANOTHER ASSOCIATE!!! I WAS TOLD SHE WAS THE PHARMACY MANAGER BUT INSTEAD SHE WAS SECURITY FOR LOSS CONTROL!!! SHE LIED TO ME AND ALSO HEARD MY MEDICAL INFORMATION WHICH IS A DIRECT VIOLATION TO MY HIPPA RIGHTS!!! THIS IS AGAINST THE LAW, AGAINST HIPPA REGULATIONS!!! I WILL BE FILING A COMPLAINT!!! THE PHARMACIST IS BREAKING THE LAW AND MY PERSONAL INFORMATION!!! I plan on seeking further action in the attempt to make known of the lies, deceit and threats they have made to me! I thank my LORD and SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST for helping me with this whole ordeal. A pharmacist should not harass someone with a known medical condition. I pray if you choose this establishment that your experience will be pleasant. Just beware of the female licensed pharmacist with blonde hair. She acts nice at first but any kind of disagreement and she may lie and threaten you. Be careful! GOD BLESS!I’m going to seek legal counsel concerning this!
