“Xavier, Nick, and the guys in the shop crushed it. I think as in a pickle after Walmart left me high and dry. I showed up 45 min before closing time and they got tires mounted for me with time to spare. They didn't even skip a beat when I asked for help. 10/10 will be back.”

“So, I didn't expect this so close to Christmas, but a weird sound sent me to Myson Tires. I'm glad I came in, because the brakes were worn and one tire had wires showing!
But it was the way they talked to me, explained the work and the costs, and generally respected me that made the unexpected costs hurt...well, just a little less. I've been bringing my vehicles to Myson for a couple decades, and these are just a couple of things that keep me coming back.

I left the review above about 10 months ago. But, I had to do another. In a time when good customer service is hard to find, the people at Myson Tires stand heads above the rest. A vibration while braking reminded me to have the tires rotated and balanced. They got me in right away, but AARON found the bigger issue - rear tires were separating! JULIE was as sweet as ever as she worked on finding the right tires for me. It's amazing that I can feel so safe driving my vehicles after I leave Myson. Thanks, Guys!!”

“The team at B&C Auto Pros is exceptional. They quickly/flawlessly diagnosed my problem, clearly articulated the issue/fix to me, gave me a fair quote, and was able to take care of the job in a day. They really worked with my schedule.
They were up front with me and made one additional recommendation on an issue I knew was coming up on my vehicle. I told him I would take care of it myself, and he didn't try to pressure me into having them do it.

My mom has been a loyal customer of McLaughlin Ford (now Crossroads Ford) since 1997 and has exclusively purchased her vehicles from them. She’s always had great experiences, but after this morning, she is seriously disappointed with the service at Crossroad Ford under the new ownership.
Today, her front passenger window got stuck after she rolled it down. Since her vehicle is still under warranty, she took it to the service center. She was told the wait time would be 1-2 hours, which was fine. However, when they finally got to her vehicle, they tried rolling down the other windows, and now the back driver’s side window is stuck too. My mom explained that she only had an issue with the front passenger in return the technician told her it’s her fault. Like wow!
Instead of helping, they charged her $200 for a diagnostic test and still didn’t attempt to fix anything. When my mom asked for her keys back, they rudely threw them into the vehicle.
This is not the kind of service she expected from a dealership that used to have a reputation for treating customers with respect. She wasn’t asking for free service, just for the issue to be addressed, especially since her car is still under warranty.
It’s disappointing to see how far things have changed since the McLaughlin days. This new ownership clearly isn’t upholding the standard of care she’s always known. She hopes they will make things right.”
“All the employees were great except the manager that was on duty on Wednesday May 13, 2026. The assisted manager left the store and did not come back for the tech to answer the customers for the parts that they needed. The manager that was on duty was Melvin. The other tech was on the phone with the customer, and the tech had to wait for the other tech to get approval to finish on my car. The assisted manager acted like he did not want to be there.”
