Very unhelpful. Package was delivered but couldn't get my package because the person who sorts the packages wasn't there today.

Poor customer service, slow service - needs more employees. Takes anywhere from 10-40 mins to do a simple task in here. We don’t mind the drive to UPS to avoid this place

Has to be some of the most unhelpful employees I have ever met and they all have attitudes. I have mailed multiple packages from UPS and i have mailed packages via this very same USPS to my home town address and now they are telling me I can’t mail any packages there and that they can’t find the address since it doesn’t exist even though my parents still live there to this day. This place needs to be permanently closed or some type of change in management needs to occur. Look at the 5+ years of reviews and you’ll see nothing has changed for the only post office available to our service members on base.

Turned up for a pre-arranged 1:15 appointment for a passport and there's a note up saying it's closed for lunch 1-2.

There are many occasions where my packages end up missing even tho they show up delivered on my phone which means they have scanned my packages and it was there before. Something fishy is going on.

Have had 2 different addresses serviced by this post office in the past 4 years. About 1 out of every 4 packages I order is either misdelivered or missing completely. Can never get ahold of the store, and workers are extremely rude when you go in. I wish I could choose post offices, because I’d never deal with them again.

I received great service today that I believe deserves recognition. The clerk who helped me was quick and cheerful. I don't expect people to be cheerful all the time, but I appreciate it when people are able to share some positivity. Well done.

Charged me triple because I used tape sitting out on the prepping area instead of telling me I could purchase other tape. Ended up costing me $11 to ship something that would’ve been $3 because I used one piece of tape. Scamming people any way they can.

I'm sure they have a good reason for having such restrictive hours, but it makes this post office nearly useless to me.
The few times I've been able to engage their services have all been unremarkable, for better or worse.

Great customer service and I didn't have to wait in a line. I visited this place on 3-5-2024 in morning and beware that this office closes daily for lunch between 1300-1430, I didn't see any information concerning this on Google.

If I could give 0 Stars, or take some away, i would. Horrible HORRIBLE hours! Long lines every time. Pretty sad for a post office servicing a military installation.

Worst post office I've ever been to. The only male employee I've seen is by far the worst. Always seems annoyed that he has to do his job... unless you're a female customer then he's mildly pleasant. Even worse it's on a military base so it's like government employee attitude².
