I work for a temp service assisting in there move to there new location in the same strip mall suite 519 B I have observed fast and friendly competent service and they are continuing to Serv there customers even walk-ins during this transition.

If I could leave a zero I would. Don’t rent or buy anything from them. Spoke with Sam on the phone and was transferred to Rick. Placed an order for a tv and was told it was confirmed and I’d get an email. Never got an email. I walk into the store talk to Sam and she says she doesn’t see the order. Call a different time she says she sees the order and it was delivered to the store but not to me. She says I didn’t put down a payment, I said he didn’t tell me to. Now they want me to pay $159 to pick the tv when I had already ordered and should’ve been delivered to me. Never doing business with them again. Sam says the manager isn’t willing to work with me because I’ve never ordered there before… so the manager can choose who he decided to help and not help. That’s messed up. I’m reporting them

I've been having trouble with receiving my washer forever. The problem isn't with the store in simpsonville, it's corporate and the vendor. Anyways I went to the store to make a payment. Sam and Ray was very helpful an was able to resolve my issues with the washer. Hopefully next week I will be receiving the one that I originally ordered,.top load Samsung but for now I'm using a loaner GE washer and I'm satisfied. That doesn't mean that I don't want my Samsung washer, lol the one that I prefer so fingers crossed that ill have a new Samsung washer next week. Thanks so much Sam & Ray for your grear hospitality...There was another guy in the office who was friendly as well, my son took liking to everyone..

I placed an order for a washer on the 28th of December. Here it is the 23rd of January 2023 and still no washer. I keep having to call them. The last call I made, the representative said there is a delay. Why not offer me another washer, If the one that I ordered wasn't in stock? So annoying atp I'm about to request a refund. I might as well wait until few weeks an just pay cash for a new one from best buy.

They're being investigated by the Federal Trade Commission and the Consumer protection bureau. They will change your payments and dates. Bad for anyone looking for a good place to rent. Anyone having problems. A class action lawsuit is in the process, message or comment to get your justice! Lupe and her cut throat tactics just to make a dollar must stop.

This store & MANAGER LUPE deserves a 0. She was not helpful after my experience & misinformation I received from her associates in store. Lupe does not need to run any business. She was rude on the phone & over talking me when I was informing her that her associate gave me the incorrect information. I’m very happy I did not proceed with Aaron’s in Simpsonville SC. The store was also not clean and was not welcoming.

Lupe is the worst person to speak to, im not sure if is just us but every time she had to help us is always with an attitude rolling her eyes. The store should be ashamed to have just a horrible manager and clearly im not the only one that feels that way.

The amount of pure utter disrespect I have gotten from the general manager Lupe is insane. I will NEVER lease anything from Aaron’s again. The fact she isn’t capable of having and adult conversation and hangs up on you when she doesn’t hear what she wants to hear really speaks volumes to her intellect. I’ve worked collections and customer service for Over 7 years and the way she tries to tackle collecting a payment is wrong. You aren’t going to disrespect me, berate, and hang up on me and then expect me to want to continue making payments to your company. The fact you have her representing your company in this manner is a shame. I will be returning my equipment and reaching out to the regional manager of the store.

I have an account here in very good standing I’ve purchased a lawn mower here washer dryer and a refrigerator had good experience until I’ve purchased a T.V online the store has received my TV but refuse to deliver it because my wife purchased a couch there and is wanting to return the couch the store manager very rude to begin the conversation saying to ignore the online contract making and hung up on me as well very rude and unprofessional

Do not give them your business. Terrible rude management. Threatened to sue me over two missed payments after I explained to them I've had a hard time lately missing alot of work and had surgery with a promise to pay as soon as I could. Other inexplicable things were said that should not be said by management in customer service. After nearly 3 years of loyalty with only a couple late payments, with reason, I've never been treated so poorly as the new manager treated me just now. I've never had a problem with Aaron's until recently. They will no longer get my business.

Not an Aaron's customer myself but I've been staying at my girlfriends house and her mom is. I have to say, when her GE washer she just paid off had a problem I was super impressed how they handled it. Repair work was fast and top notch. Thorough repair with high quality parts.
