I would consider shopping here BUT I will not go there if they still have that dog in the store. Leave it at home. This is a place where all customers should not have to deal with the employees bringing their pets to work. Lowe's and The Home Depot have already ruined the shopping experience with that nonsense. I don't need your substitute for humans jumping on me. I have Multiple Sclerosis and survived 3 strokes and a lawsuit for knocking me down would proceed. You have disabled customers coming in the store and this is the risk you are taking with your desire to have a dog replace humans for emotional companionship.

Always helpful and you don’t have to hunt 65 different isles to find things . They greet you at the door . Always helpful

I try to come here over other hardware stores whenever possible.
The staff at Simpsonville Ace are always friendly and extremely helpful. It's a huge plus to me that they carry Stihl as it's a high quality brand. I can also rely on them to fill my propane and have the paints or chemicals I need.
Whatever small job you need to get done, Ace hardware of Simpsonville can be a real help.
Can't wait until they move to the bigger store.

I went in for a key copy and came right out 2 minutes later with 2 keys for under $5! They were about to close and they were still really willing to help me. I know how getting customers before closing can be annoying sometimes but these guys didn’t mind at all. Loved the service.

Came in the afternoon for a few o-rings to seal a part on my pressure washer. A very nice lady (I wish I caught her name) came from behind the front counter to ask what a needed and proceeded to walk me straight to where the parts were. Then she found the size I needed before I could even begin to read the label on the drawers. Knowledgeable customer oriented employees like her are few and far between these days. I’ll definitely be back because of how friendly and helpful she was.

Outstanding customer service by all the associate and the owner of the store they go above and beyond to make everybody happy I like to go there, and I like to fill my gas tank over there too. They are so friendly.
