Came here not too long ago to buy a part I needed for my car. The part was incorrectly fit because the employee recommended the wrong product. Originally, I grabbed the right part but the employee said since there is no price on it I cannot buy it. I ended up going to Walmart which I should’ve done from the start. The employees here are genuinely incompetent and have been no help to me whatsoever since I started going here. I had to come back 30 minutes later to return it because HE recommended the wrong product and refused to sell me the one I needed. Horrible management and the place is dirty too. I would absolutely not come here again.

Was told I needed a new battery but got a second opinion at another store 5 minutes later and they said it was in great shape.

Go somewhere else to get a car battery! I went to this store for a battery and the employee told me they did not have enough people working to install but to come back a certain time and they could do it. I came back when they said to but was told again I would need to come back the following day at a certain time when more people were working. On my third trip in to get the new battery I was told to come back in about 5 hours for more employees to be able to install....instead I went to a competitor and they had me fixed up in no more than 10 minutes.

Worse experience I've ever had. First, the clerk gave me the wrong receipt for a large purchase and when I realized it, I went in to return a core, he couldn't print the correct receipt. I called corporate and spoke to a very nice and helpful lady who informed me I had already returned and received my money. It took me 1 1/2 hours to get this corrected. BAD EXPERIENCE! O'REILLY HAS MY BUSINESS FROM NOW ON!

I appreciate the folks here so much. I have shopped here for years. Every purchase they help install or actually install. They also help with ideas and references for other work I would like to do on my little car.

Hi, I just wanted to take a minute to say thank you to your employees. The manager there and Bill are excellent. She was extremely helpful and Bill went out of his way to put in a battery for me. He did a great job and his customer service was excellent. This is a great Advance auto with helpful, friendly and knowledgeable employees. Highly recommend you shops here. (Use the app and shop online, and pickup in store to save even more $)

I wasn’t even a paying customer, just someone whose car broke down nearby and the folks at the desk helped me get my car into their lot, tested my battery & talked to me about my car while I waited on the tow truck. Such kind folks if I ever need anything I’ll be coming back here for actual purchases!

Staff are always super helpful at this location and will check in on you if you look like you can't find what you are there for. The staff also seem knowledgeable about vehicle issues and have helped me selecting a part after they read an error code on my vehicle with the OBD-II scanner. This store has a good selection of basic fluids, accessories, and tools in the store and can have the parts you need shipped to the store same day or next day in most scenarios. I also like that they are right next to a car wash.
