“The process from order to delivery has been awesome! John is a great manager, very professional and helpful. The crew who delivered the bunk bed, Cordell and Donald, are a great crew. “I purchased a Ridgid table for my Ridgid Conponed Miter saw at the Simpsonville Home Depot. When I assembled it the next day, it was missing a small rubber foot. I called them and the manager made a trip to my house an hour away to deliver the missing part. I have never experienced customer support like this. Great job.. Thank you.”
