“I highly recommend this business! My experience was with the mobile truck key service. Jeff is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He had to return several times due to the wrong key fob being sent out by the manufacturer ( not his fault). He kept me informed about the problem and assured me that he would get it resolved. And he did what he said. He also informed me that there were multiple keys programmed for my car and he deleted all of them so no one could access my car except me. Jeff is a wonderful guy to work with!”

“Just went into orielys auto parts on Augusta Rd. Piedmont, SC. I bought some carb and choke cleaner and abrasive pads for my air buzz wheel, Matt and Myles done me excellent customer service. They went in the back I found me 12 cans of cleaner and even put it in a box because they had to actually get me 12 cans off the shelf even helped me find the the right abrasive pads I needed very respectfully and professional. Definitely will be coming back”

He was the nicest person ever, stopped what he was doing to look up the items and went to the back for them immediately. He even game me some advice on what to look for when changing them out. So easy, I’ve got them changed out now. I definitely recommend his assistance. His customer service and his demeanor were the best.”
“Perfectly fine. Not warm and fuzzy, but hardware stores and I guess car parts stores are like that, and I didn't have to wait for Amazon to get a small item. The store is a lot smaller than it looks on the outside (when this was a Family Mart in the 1970s and Bi-Lo in the 1980s, it was a lot bigger inside). But it's perfectly fine.”

But I went in there with a picture of the part that I needed - expecting it to be something that they'd have to order, or that I'd need more info on. I showed the picture to one of the employees, and he found it in about 2 minutes. Not bad pricing, employees were friendly and helpful, clean store. 5/5”
