“Great service …when you get it. Last year, we waited 45 minutes past our scheduled time…this year…we are 30 minutes past and still waiting. They need to have less time slots so clients get attention and no one is waiting around that long with an appointment. Also, there is no receptionist so you walk in and wait for someone to stop doing work to acknowledge you which makes the process longer. The people are fabulous and the work great but if I have an appointment at 3, I don’t want to sit until 345 to see someone.”
