This is the best Food Lyon store in the area. The employees and managers know service. They are not rude like the store on Fairview or Augusta.

Nice food lion. Clean, medium sized. Bigger than the one in Moonville, smaller and cleaner than the former Bi-Lo on Fairview rd. Like any grocery store I'd love to see many many more Gluten-free options, that I actually like.

I like Food Lion because I can shop in peace. No children running around with their own shopping cart.

I just had the worst experience shopping at this location. They were cleaning the floor and the noise was so bad I couldn't think. Then the gas fumes were so bad I left there shaking, nauseous and with a headache. I have have alot more to say but I'll save it for my call to corporate.

I go into this store a lot as I live close. Not a bad store, but between them being out of things on the shelf and the customer service experience it's hard to give anymore than 1 star. A couple of the employees are rude, and I'm not surprised because so is the store manager. I had an issue with my card so I stepped out of line to not hold other people up. She told the next person that someone stole merchandise and left the screen up. I was standing 10 feet away. I told her I had an issue with my card so I moved out of others way. She said I couldn't do that and walked off. One negative experience out of many. Some of the employees are great don't get me wrong. Some should definitely get some customer service training.

I’ve been going to this Food Lion location for a few years now and was compelled to write a review for it due to reoccurring issues that I have had with it.Outdated/inaccurate sales labels. It just made a $5 difference because I picked out two items that were labeled on sale (I do have the club card). A $5 difference is not insignificant.Buggies. I’m not sure how often they bring the buggies in but almost every time I have to grab one from the buggie corral.Otherwise, I do like the location and mainly shop here to avoid Publix’s sky high prices.

We went to the store to buy turkey breast late evening yesterday. There was new employee in Deli section. We told him which turkey we want in 1 inch slices. It took him bit longer to understand what we were asking for and he mentioned to us he is new. Finally when he cut the turkey breast, it was much more thicker than 1" slices and rather than laying them straight like other experienced employees have done in the past, he folded them and packed. He is new, probably still in the training. But my question is why was he left alone when he is new. This one star is for his politeness and being nice.

The store is kept nice but the layout can be confusing and hard to find things. I am rarely impressed with the produce area. 9/10 times the items on the walls are not great quality and the shelving is a mess. The cashiers and customer service are have no kindness or patience and make you feel like you are wasting their time. I avoid when I can .

Always a clean store. Barely ever any foot traffic when I visit. Prices are decent and they seem to experience shortages like everybody else, but usually items are in stock.

The store seems to have given up on ensuring things are wiped down. Nobody was wiping down carts, there were no wipes to do it yourself, and during self checkout nobody was cleaning after each use. The person was just standing there doing nothing.
