I had a great experience with Prime Storage. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. Darren was especially helpful, he took time to understand my situation and guided me to the best storage option for placing a pod and moving things in. The location is very convenient, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. They also shared a lot of useful information about movers and even recommended a few, which really helped since we had just relocated from Virginia. Overall, no issues at all just a reliable, supportive team and a well-run facility.

Nice people, clean and well maintained units. But the rental price shot up 2.5x after 3 months! Would not use for extensive long-term storage because of that. But great if you only need it for a month or two!

The storage manager Darren was absolutely amazing! He was VERY workable as far as getting caught back up and payment plans. I hope we never need another storage unit, but if so, we will use them again next time!

The facility at Scuffletown is very clean, and the staff is quite helpful. I’ve had no issues accessing my storage unit. However, I gave a three-star rating because, after only two months at $110 a month for a 10x12 indoor unit, I just received a notice of a $50 rent increase. While I anticipated some increase in rent, a $50 hike so soon is surprising. If the rent goes up again by a similar amount, I’ll likely need to look for other options.
