I was with Walgreens for many years. Worse service no one smiles and always waiting on line, because never had enough help. Switched to CVS on Georgia Rd, so glad I did. Everyone smiles and are very helpful.No notating on long lines, since they always have plenty of help

Pharmacist I spoke took was absolutely rude. They did not process my insurance correctly then told me to call my insurance. I was not able to get my medication. The pharmacist did not say anything technically rude but all females know we take on a fake professional tone with a snarky voice. This is why I typically have my meds filled in mauldin.

Terrible, terrible service with the pharmacy filling prescriptions in a timely manner. I was given a promise time of 12 p.m. . Pulled in the drive thru at 12:14 and was told I could come in & wait 30-45 minutes or come back at 3. This has happened on multiple occasions. Then an hour ago I ordered an item for pickup and it was canceled a few minutes ago because they were out of stock. The app is useless and the pharmacy team needs more pharmacists!

They send automated texts monthly saying my prescriptions are ready for pick up. I drive over and they are never ready. It turns into 3 trips… one prescription they will not refill until I am completely out si repeatedly miss a day and in the weekend because they close so early it turns into 2-3 days before I can get my medication. They automatically refill the expensive drugs wether I need them or not but I have to beg for the one I need. It’s horrible. They make me feel like I am doing something wrong. The most unreliable pharmacy I ever experienced.

it saids they open at 8am and I arrived at 8:20am and store its not even open, cars are parked outside but no body seems to be inside the store ?

This CVS pharmacy location is hands down, the absolute WORST!!!!!!!The manager, Allison, is so rude, condescending, and gives incorrect/false information and when you repeat exactly what she just told you she tells you "not to put words in her mouth.At the managers instruction I called 3 days in advance to ensure they had enough stock to fulfill my prescription, and they confirmed they did and also told me the incorrect date to pickup my prescription. So, when I called back the next day to confirm what the woman told me the day before about the pickup date, Joshua in the pharmacy told me that was not correct and also confirmed that they had enough stock to fulfill my prescription which is now due in 2 days. The day I go to pickup my prescription, guess what, NO STOCK!!!! So, when I ask to speak to Allison she tells me there is a nation wide shortage on prescriptions and that my prescription did not come on the truck delivered this morning, so I asked her if there was a nation wide shortage on my specific prescription being filled, she replies with, "I am not going to answer that." Also, why are you fulfilling my prescription with the inventory that was "supposed" to be on the delivery truck the same day you need to fulfill my prescription? Sounds to me like you don't know how to manage inventory levels.So after all of the back and forth she tells me that she is no longer going to fulfill any of my prescriptions anymore, so let's recap here - I am the customer and did everything I was supposed to do and actually went above what I was supposed to do and confirmed 2 days in a row if they had enough stock to fulfill my prescription and was told yes by both pharmacy employees on 2 separate occasions, and then when I call b/c I am upset (rightfully so) and then given excuses and the run around by Allison as to why they don't have stock to fulfill, am then told she isn't going to fulfill my prescriptions anymore. Yeah, don't worry CVS it's employees like Allison and her team at the pharmacy the reason I wouldn't want to give you my business and why you only have customer 2.9 rating!

I found & bought what I needed, BUUUUUT...I had to verbally make the female manager (with a horribly bad attitude) understand that it is not MY fault, responsibility, or problem that the advertised website price was $3 less than their hand-held scanner!! Then the manager thought I could be bullied by her smart-mouth! RUDE!!! I stood my ground and finally bought my product for the advertised price. 2nd time I've had to deal with an attitude problem from staff at this store. I try to avoid going to this store if at all possible!!

The pharmacist at this location was incredibly helpful. She took the time to explain the challenges and barriers I am having in getting my monthly prescription. I have been prescribed for diabetes a very popular medication. She was kind, considerate and articulate. I appreciate her talking with me. She ordered my mediation and I was able to continue my regime without interruption. My interaction with her was in sharp contrast to the experiences I 've had with other pharmacists. Thanks again for your kindness and your assistance.

Rude and irresponsible pharmacy, my doctor had called in my prescription 45 minutes ago, and then when I went into the line to get it they didn't key it in, they forgot. So when my doctor reconfirmed they told me it wouldn't be ready till an hour and a half later, and told me they might be at lunch when it is ready, and then closed the window on me. Don't go here
