CVS Health is conducting coronavirus testing (COVID-19) in select states. Tests are available for eligible individuals aged 10 and above, with minors needing adult accompaniment. The company offers both lab testing and rapid testing, though high demand may cause delays in lab results. While the majority of customers report positive experiences, with the pharmacy staff being described as kind, knowledgeable, and caring, there have been some concerns raised. Some customers have encountered issues with the checkout process, feeling that the staff was not as professional or helpful as they would have liked. Additionally, the pharmacy has been noted to sometimes struggle with filling prescriptions correctly, leading to frustration for patients. Despite these occasional challenges, CVS is praised for the convenience of its 24/7 pharmacy services, which are considered a "life-saver" by many. The store itself is described as clean and well-stocked, though some customers have noted issues with items being out of stock. Overall, CVS Health appears to provide a mixed experience, with the pharmacy services being a standout, while the general retail side of the business faces some room for improvement.
Overall the CVS is fine but as others mentioned, the pharmacy is in bad shape. I know Publix isn't 24/7 but for a majority of your prescriptions I would highly advise others to use Publix because you could wait over an hour at this CVS drive thru.

Really not happy that you can't speak to anyone anymore and have to wait for a call back.
