Very disappointed. I waited in the drive through second person I line for 15 minutes. I ask the lady why didn’t she get the person to pull around. She said that some people don’t want to pull around. I said that when my prescription was ready y’all always had me to come back or pull around and wait. Unacceptable. 2:15 on Monday afternoon.

Every single time I call to find out about my son's prescription they say it can be filled on a certain date to call back or go in then. I call back. They always say they either cannot see it or that it's inactive or the some other reason that they can't fill it. These are medications that my son needs daily. Will definitely be taking my family of six to a different pharmacy.

I recently needed to have a special picture developed and couldn’t wait til next day pick up. My husband was leaving early next day and I wanted him to bring a copy of a special picture to our daughter in Canada. I am a senior and had problems understanding the print photo kiosk. The customer service agent Harry came to my rescue. He took time to assist me through the process. Harry demonstrated kindness, patience, and very professional customer service. I will continue shopping at Five Forks in Simpsonville CVS because of the great staff such as Harry!

Customer Service in the pharmacy is TERRIBLE...I understand they have to navigate unwell people most of their day. However they are in the customer service industry. They act like they are majorly inconvenienced by you using their pharmacy for your needs. Arrived last night about 8 minutes before they closed the drive-thru window, only to ask a question and be rudely told come back tomorrow. I came back this am, pulled up to the window, lady obviously remembered me from night before only to tell to come back in an hour an proceeded to close the window in my face without any conversation.I will be moving my scripts effective immediately to Publix or Walgreens, which is much friendlier.

Excellent Staff for scheduled hours that are given. Glad they are given time for lunch break. Customers need to be more responsible and plan accordingly.

TERRIBLE customer service. I pulled up to the pharmacy drive thru at 1:23 with one car in front of me, knowing they close at 1:30. The customer in front took longer than usual & left at 1:29. I pulled up & they closed the curtain on me, said no one was there to check me out, & to come back at 2:00. I had been sitting there well before 1:30.

I just opened my medicine bag from the CVS pharmacy and it contained only 1 pill instead of the 14 that it states on the 2 forms. Been holding on the phone for a long time and no one seems to be there. Yes,they are still open for another hour.

Pharmacy never answers phone, and is very slow to fill orders. Tried to call to check on when rX would be ready, no answer. Went to pharmacy and waited in line for 25 mins to be told its not ready. Asked when it will be ready and was told "i don't know we are behind". Note, the doc called the rX in 3 hours before I attempted to get it.

Today (November 29, 2023) I went to pick up my medicines at 1:46pm and the pharmacy was shuttered. I asked the checkout woman when was the pharmacy open. Was told that "they'll be open at 2pm for 15 minutes". ????

Attempted to use the minute clinic for my 8 year old son. He started crying because he was nervous and she cornered him and got in his face and told him he needed to calm down and get over it. We immediately left and won't ever go back to a CVS for anything again.

The older lady with gray hair is the rudest pharmacy tech I’ve ever met. I can’t believe she has a job dealing with the public in customer service. She made my mom cry. We have never been so unhappy with a pharmacy experience in our lives. Stay far away from this location.

I need distilled water and they are always out.I asked them to gang my prescriptions over a year ago and so far they have not been able to get it done.
